Individual
Psychotherapy

I offer one-to-one psychotherapeutic counselling both in-person and online. I provide a supportive, non-judgemental space for people to work through issues, or to unpick areas of life that feel challenging.

 

These sessions can help individuals gain valuable insights into their feelings, behaviours and the impact this may be having on their lives. Sessions can help provide clarity and support when someone feels vulnerable and can help relieve emotional pain, long-term. Some people may decide to come to therapy when they aren't struggling, and use it as a pro-active way to build resilience for the future.

 

The hope is for clients to feel empowered to gain more control over their work, relationships and ultimately their lives, and to move from a space of "surviving" to "thriving".
