My Approach
Many of the people I work with are seeking a supportive space during times of overwhelm or are looking to address specific areas in their life that feel difficult to navigate. For some, the goal might simply be to feel better; for others, we’ll work together towards a more focused, specific outcome. I offer short-term work or open ended work. Whether you're struggling with personal issues or dealing with broader emotional challenges, counselling can help to find clarity.
When you come to see me, you can expect to work in a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space where we’ll explore what’s on your mind. I’m committed to building a therapeutic relationship that’s supportive, empowering, and collaborative. We will work together to understand the underlying causes of your challenges and seek to bring meaningful change to those areas that feel “stuck.”
Taking the first step into therapy can be daunting, especially if it’s your first time or you’re unsure whether I’m the right fit for you. I offer a free consultation before we begin, where you can ask questions, voice any concerns, and get a sense of how I work. Reaching out for support takes courage, and I’m here to make sure you feel comfortable, heard, and understood.
